Position Overview

What? This is a year long, voluntary ministry and leadership role. Camp Directors will be responsible for leading a high-quality, Christian youth camp session. Their duties will include, but not be limited to, administrative, planning, organization and management tasks. Working with a team and guiding a team, Camp Directors will work to ensure the success and quality of their assigned camp session(s).

Who? Individuals who feel God is calling them to this role. Individuals will need to be Christian leaders who are willing to serve and direct others in a biblical manner. Camp Directors should have a passion for teaching the next generation about the truth and power found in God’s Word.

Requirements? Agree to serve an annual term with reaffirmation possibility each September. Ability to serve as Camp Director during at least one full camping program session. Ability to attend all 3 directors meetings throughout the year term (directors meetings are for training & professional development as well as to discuss session: goals, planning, progress, promotion, status, staffing and the future of the program).
